Abracad operates internationally. We have offices  in Norway, Italy, Poland, US, Russia and the Middle East. We work with system integrators in Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Russia, Ukraine & Spain all with customer-specific machines. In Italy, for example, we have a high-speed turnkey line that fills packed and weighed chocolate in a 2 or 4-mix (150 boxes per minute).

Or take our apple bag counter, supplied to a fruit company in the U.S. For this customer, which is typical for North America, two things are of vital importance: processing speed and accuracy. It always needs to be faster. The apple slicing machine has a capacity of two times 205 bags per minute. But perhaps even more important is the precision. You cannot afford errors in these industries, otherwise you will be slapped with liability suits. Our machine always puts the exact number of bags in a box, no more and no less.

Our starting point: listen carefully to what the customer wants. When everyone is on the same page and understands each other well, we can leverage each other's expertise and strength to full advantage, and arrive at the best solutions: from design and surveying to installation on site.

We are open to anything and everything: Because we have all disciplines in-house, we can keep the lines short. Interim changes can be implemented quickly. We have the capability to build prototypes and test set-ups.

Using the latest 3D software, which allows for highly efficient engineering, we can create 3D visuals to bring the machine design to life for the customer. This way, even customers who are not able to read drawings can give relevant feedback when necessary.

Abracad designs and manufactures machines and provides the technology, equipment and software necessary for processing fish, meat, potatoes, fruit, vegetables, candy and soap. But it doesn't stop there. We also make sure that all the ingredients for a dinner salad, for example, are added in the right amounts to the package in question: up to and including the sauce or dressing pouch.

Founded in 1997, Abracad Technoworks is a dynamic company that specialises in product packaging, engineering and providing customer-specific advice on internal transport and processing systems for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

We design and manufacture complex packaging machines and accessories: from simple internal transport machinery to complex handling systems. The diversity in packaging (shape, size and material) and products (from dates to dinner salads and marinated chicken morsels to soap) requires custom-made solutions. The machines are customer-specific, thus always made to measure.
